It is a traditional dish prepared for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is made using whole wheat flour with stuffing of roasted gram flour known as sattu and served dipped in ghee. This litti goes perfect with chokha made up of roasted brinjal, potatoes and tomatoes mixed with onion and garlic. This is a mouth watering dish and can be found in every corner of Bihar and has become very popular in all over India. Nowadays, littis are served in marriage parties, potluck, kitty parties and has become a compulsory dish for new year parties in many households of Bihar.
