#differentflavourdal#

Palak Dal is one of the variations I do to make my meal different from everyday recipes which include plain toor Dal.
Toor Dal is not only good in taste but is a very good source of protein and have good amount of fibre in them and also fats which is essential for the body.

Palak Dal is lentils cooked with Indian spinach with some spices. Again, spinach has its own benefits having Vitamin, iron and calcium.

This Dal is very easy to make with very few ingredients.
