Peanut -coriander-mint chutney

This simple flavorful chutney is made by mixing roasted Peanuts, mint and coriander leaves and goes well with Idli, dosa, uttapam and many other breakfast, lunch or dinner dishes. I use this chutney as a sandwich spread too.

Ingredients:
1) 3/4 cup roasted peanuts
2) 1/2 cup mint washed
3) 1/4 cup coriander leaves washed
4) 2 green chillies
5) 1/4 cup mustard seeds
6) 1/2 onion
7) 1/2 tsp lime juice
8) 1/2 tsp mustard oil
9) salt as per your taste
10) 3-4 cloves garlic (optional)
11) few curry leaves
Method:
Blend roasted peanuts, coriander, mint
leaves, onion and garlic to a smooth consistency. Add lime juice and salt. Temper the chutney with oil, mustard seeds and Curry leaves.
