Gulab Jamun Trifle Pudding is a fusion recipe where Jamuns are served with custard and whipped cream. Making this pudding is very simple and easy and can go well for kitty parties, get togethers and for potlucks. I am sharing the method how I did it: This recipe serves for 2. Ingredients: 1) 3 pc medium size kala Jamuns 2) 1/4 tbsp chopped pistachios 3) 1/4 tbsp chopped almonds 4) 1.5 tbsp custard powder 5) 1/2 cup milk 6) 1 tbsp sugar 7) 1 tbsp whipped cream Method: Step 1: Dissolve custard powder in 2 or 3 tbsp milk.Heat the   remaining milk with sugar in it.Add dissolved  custard in the hot milk, stirring continuously,   there should be no lumps. White sauce is made using butter, maida, milk and creamy cheese. This white sauce pasta is favorite with my family and I make it with different variations. This is a kind of mix vegetables cooked in red gravy. So, I thought of trying to make this at home with some fresh seasonal vegetables and it turned out to be delicious. #biharidelicacy2# There are different kinds of chokhas you can make but trust me you cannot beat this Bihari version bharta. The aromatic, mouth watering, fabulous chokha goes awesome with sattu litti. I am sharing the recipe how I do it. Ingredients: 1) 1 medium size brinjal 2) 4 tomatoes 3) 2 potatoes 4) 1 tsp garlic chopped 5) 1 medium size onion chopped 6) 1 green chilli chopped 7) 2 tsp mustard oil 8) coriander leaves for garnishing 9) salt as per your taste Method: Step 1: Roast brinjal , tomatoes and potatoes on hot charcoal or in a gas oven on high glame.(you can use boiled potatoes and tomatoes). Toor Dal is not only good in taste but is a very good source of protein and have good amount of fibre in them and also fats which is essential for the body. Palak Dal is lentils cooked with Indian spinach with some spices. Again, spinach has its own benefits having Vitamin, iron and calcium. This Dal is very easy to make with very few ingredients.
