It's been really a tough time we all are going through fighting with COVID 19.
There is lockdown all over the country. These are the times when the family comes together, understand each other and distribute the responsibilities with love and care.
While everyone is at home with no possibility of ordering in or dining at a restaurant it becomes a burden to decide the menu with limited veggies available and make everyone happy with the food you cook.
So, I decided to make kadahi paneer in dinner. Kadahi paneer is a very popular North Indian dish and is served with, rice, chapati or naan.
Sharing the recipe.

Ingredients:
1.200 gm Paneer cubed
2.1 cup onion and capsicum sliced
3.4 tbsp onion paste
4.2 tbsp tomato puree
5.1 tsp garam masala
6.1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 
7.salt, turmeric powder, sugar and kasuri methi as per your taste.
8. 1 tbsp butter
9. Fresh cream



Method:

Step 1:
Heat oil in kadahi. Add sliced onion and capsicum, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste.
Mix well cook covered for 4 minutes on low to medium flame.

Step 2:
Add tomato puree, butter, kasuri methi, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, garam masala, paneer cubes and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for another 4 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3:
Stand for 5 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Note:
I made onion paste by frying onion in oil till golden brown and blended it smooth.
