How could I just let the winters go away without making one of my favorite breakfasts matar ki kachauri. The tongue tickling kachauris have stuffing of smoothly blended cooked seasonal peas with ginger and some spices. Making these kachauris is easy and involves four steps, make filling, make dough, packing the stuff into dough and frying. Sharing the recipe: This recipe makes 8 kachauris. Ingredients to make dough: -1 cup maida -1/8 cup melted ghee -salt as per your taste -ajwain seeds - few - black cumin seeds -few -water for kneading -refind oil for frying Method to make dough: - take maida in a bowl, add ghee, salt, ajwain and black cumin seeds, mix well. I made my special ❤️ day with a very special cake, as this is the very first cake I had eaten and tried my hands in baking with. I remember, We didn't have a single cake shop at our hometown neither we would get all the ingredients to make a fancy cake at home. Dal is good for health, helps in digestion, rich in fibre, and is a very good source of protein especially for vegetarians. We include Dal everyday in our meal. On daily basis, I make plane tur Dal. Our day starts with the thought of food.  Thinking what to prepare and how while rummaging  through the vegetable basket and finally come  up with a dish , everyday ritual for most of us. Plus, if it's a special day, it becomes harder. Valentine's day is around the corner. So, have you yet decided how to make it special!  Remember, It has also been said that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. To make variation in the menu I keep on altering the fillings(stuff). Here, I am sharing one of the stuffed paratha recipes using chana dal as the filiing in wheat flour dough.
