Mix paratha -1

Every week Monday comes up with a hectic schedule starting from the morning.
And for me It's not the different. So, I choose to start with a light and fast breakfast recipe that everyone likes to have in my family "mix paratha" served with pickle , curd and a glass of fresh fruit juice.

Sharing the recipe : makes 6 parathas

Ingredients:
-1.5 cup wheat flour
-1 small radish grated
-1 small carrot grated
-1/4 cup cabbage shreds
-1/2 inch ginger grated
-1 green chill finely chopped
-salt as per your taste
-1/2  tsp black pepper powder
-a pinch of ajwain and Black cumin seed mixed.
-ghee for cooking

Method:

-Mix all the ingredients well and adding little water knead to make a dough (harder than usual dough as vegetables leave water making it soft).
-Divide the dough into 8 equal size round balls.
-Sprinkle little flour on your chakla and roll into a triangular shape.
-Heat tawa and put it over it ,flip over 2-3 times till it is cooked properly.

And paratha are ready within 15 minutes.

Tips- You can add different vegetables according to your taste and availability.
You can have it in dinner and can go in lunch boxes too.
