Broccoli stir fry

Most of my friends are non vegetarians and would wonder and ask what you all vegetarians eat in your lunch and dinner?
Sometimes it's really difficult to tell but I feel less confused in winters as there are lot of seasonal veggies available in market. Today I prepared broccoli stir fry tossed in chilli sauce with fresh broccoli, peas, capsicum, carrot and potato(new),seasoned with black pepper powder, oregano and creamy cheese.
Broccoli is a food with many health benefits and great taste , while low in calories, it is rich in mineral and vitamins, in addition to fibre. And it's very good for kids too.
Sharing the recipe : serves for 4.
Ingredients:
-2 cup fresh broccoli florets
-1/2 cup cubed potatoes
-1 medium size carrot
-1 large onion cubed
-1/4 cup peas
-1 small capsicum (or bell pepper)
-4-5 cloves garlic chopped
-1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
-1 tbsp Butter for cooking
-Black pepper powder, oregano , cheese for seasoning
-Salt as per your taste
Method:
-Put potatoes in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 4 minutes.
-Add broccoli and carrot into the same bowl and microwave for another 3 minutes.
-Heat butter in a pan add chopped garlic, saute for 30 seconds.
-Add onion, capsicum and peas and saute for 3-4 minutes on medium to high flame,
-Mix all the veggies in kadahi ,add red chilli sauce ,salt and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Grate cheese over it, sprinkle seasonings and serve hot.
